I’m not really a fan of sweet pizza toppings but it’s probably marginally better than pineapple. I bet plantain would be pretty good instead of the banana though.
If pineapple is not guilty, then banana is not guilty either.
Banana does combine well with the salty blend of pizza but not at a level that most pizza lovers would enjoy. Also BBQ is a crime in this setup in my opinion. Guilty!

I think sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in the combination of ingredients vs the combination of flavors. This sounds terrible but I bet it tastes awesome.
